Health Brigade offers medical and behavioral health services to transgender patients. Resources also include LGBTQ Medical, Mental Health, and General Wellness Resource Maps.
Virginia League for Planned Parenthood also provides services in primary care, sexual health, and transgender medicine. Richmond offers two clinics locations: the Near West End Health Center at 201 N. Hamilton St (804-355-4358) and the Church Hill Health Center at 1122 N. 25th St (804-508-6045).

Trans Lifeline: Call 877-565-8860 for "transgender people experiencing a crisis. This includes people who may be struggling with their gender identity and are not sure that they are transgender.
