Services

VCU's University Student Health Services is a nationally accredited health care service committed to providing high-quality outpatient care to VCU students.

Primary Care Services

Student Health offers a wide range of primary care services, including care in the following areas:

Laboratory Services

Laboratory services are offered on-site at both campus clinics.  A limited number of lab tests are performed in-house while the patient is in the clinic.  All other laboratory tests are sent out to LabCorp for processing.  Please follow the link above for more information, as well as details regarding lab fees.

Pharmacy Services

Student Health no longer houses its own pharmacy on-site.  However, pharmacy services will still be available through a new collaboration with the VCU Health Systems (VCUHS) Pharmacies.  This partnership will allow Student Health to continue to offer low-cost prescription medications to uninsured or low-income students.  Students who wish to use their health insurance for medication coverage are welcome to use their pharmacy of choice.  Student Health will also continue to provide students with the option of purchasing low-cost over-the-counter medications and supplies from both campus clinics.
