Student Health clinics will be closed for winter break from Monday, December 23, 2024 through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. For urgent concerns while clinic is closed, please click on the After-Hours tab below.
Please log in above with your VCU eID & password.
Online scheduling is available for non-urgent appointments, as well as flu vaccine appointments. Please do not schedule a flu vaccine online if you are under 18 or if you have received a vaccine in the last 2 weeks.
Please call the clinic to schedule all other appointments (urgent concerns, physicals, mental health, etc.).
If you receive an error message when logging into the Portal, please allow up to 3-5 business days after accepting your offer of admission to log in. Records and Registration needs to assign you a V# and eID before you can access the VCU Student Health Web Portal.
If you are able to log in to the Portal but cannot successfully upload your vaccine documentation, double check that your file is in PDF or JPEG format and that it is no bigger than 5MB in size. Occasionally there are technical problems that are being addressed, in which case, please be patient and try again later.
If you continue to have problems using the Portal, contact Student Health Immunizations at 804-827-8047.
Please call Student Health at 804-828-8828 if you are having trouble accessing our online services.
Online appointment scheduling is available for flu vaccines and non-urgent appointments. If the reason for your appointment is not listed when scheduling online, please call the clinic for an appointment.
Secure messaging through the Web Portal is the primary means by which Student Health providers contact their patients. Email contact is not considered secure and private.
Your Student Health provider may choose to post certain lab results to the Web Portal. Ask your provider which labs can be viewed. To view approved lab results, sign in to the Web Portal, and click on "My Profile" then "Lab History".
Use the Web Portal to view and/or print patient health brochures sent by your medical provider:
If you are having difficulty viewing health brochures through the Portal, many of them are available on the Student Health Patient Resources website. Additional brochures are available under the subcategories (Mental Health, Sexual Health, etc.) on the left-hand side of the Patient Resources webpage.
Use the Web Portal to submit immunization records. If an electronic form is required (ie. the VCU Certificate of Immunization), you will still need to submit copies of your vaccine records.
